Position: Sales Manager

Organization: Foremen Fiefdom Real Estate

About Position: We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.

Gender: Male

Duties and Responsibilities Summary:

• Business development to identify new investors and clients.

• The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.

• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.

• Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.

• Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.

• Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

• Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.

• Manage a portfolio of listings.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.

• Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

Requirements:

× Proven sales experience is preferred.

× Well-presented and a good work ethics.

× Has excellent problem-solving skills.

× Demonstrates strong customer service skills.

× Possesses excellent organizational skills.

× Strong negotiation and communication skills.

× Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.

× Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.

Education and Professional qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1 Year (Preferred).

Monthly Salary Package: 3500-5000 AED (depending upon the experience).

Other variables: Earn up to 40% of sales commission.

Joining time: Immediate

Other benefits: As per UAE labour law.
