الوصف الوظيفي
• Work with a cross-functional team to provide the vision and roadmap for products/services to interested executives, impacted business owners, and your development team.
• Manage the customer’s expectations, demands, and Odoo implementations across the lifetime of their projects
• Coordinate the smooth transition from project work to a production environment with support and maintenance
• Provide advice and direction for Odoo solution design and ensure best fit with the customer’s requirements, coordinating with architects and the project manager
• You are responsible to lead the implementation project, help customers to use Odoo online platform in their business.
• Create wireframes for the project and add it to the BRD to simplify the work for the developing and testing team
• Create use cases diagrams to list the business actions and steps
• Gather requirements from client to create business requirement document for new projects or services.
• Collect, analyze, and document project scope to be sent with the proposals.
• Verify the output from development team before sending it to the client.
• Coordinate with client regarding their comments about the system to document it.
المهارات
Qualifications:
• BSc. in Computer Science or a direct related field.
• 2 – 5 Years of experience in Software Business Analysis & Odoo Functional Consultation.
• Typically, experienced ERP Functional Consultant who was top of class and has ERP and solution creation skills as part of their character.
• Has excellent skills in client relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple Projects at the same time
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape to appropriately define and position products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
• Experience in an interface role between business and technical teams
• Proven leadership and writing skills coupled with strong interpersonal, and relationship management expertise across all organizational levels.
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
• Prepare and run Workshop sessions for requirements gathering.
