الوصف الوظيفي

Lead and supervise the management of hard and soft facilities as well as the maintenance and construction projects across the organization, while ensuring the set-up, monitoring, and delivery in compliance with time, cost, and QHSE requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage infrastructure inspections to ensure that facilities are well maintained and up to the organization's standards
  • Manage delays in the construction or renovation projects and manage and maintain the relationship with the contractors
  • Supervise and oversee the management of facilities inspections for security and cleanliness and ensure its compliance with regulatory requirements, and take corrective actions as required
  • Supervise the negotiation of commercial and service delivery terms and conditions for respective bids and contracts for third-party workers, and assist as required
  • Ensure the provision of effective cleaning and security service across the organization, and supervise the performance of third-party workers through the management of service level agreements and development of adequate guidelines
  • Provide inputs to resolve complaints received regarding facilities' performance and take corrective actions as required
  • Oversee the management of policies and procedures for the overall documentation, storage, and archival process, document protection, and disposal of documents in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Provides the necessary approvals for the process of asset acquisition, transfer, and selling considering that the process should be conducted by the concerned business center and asset section – finance department- and our scope is to advise technically about the asset status only
  • Audit the documentation of asset acquisition, transfer, disposition, sale, and other procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and requirements
  • Audit the asset inventory registers and reports, ensuring compliance with internal reporting requirements for buildings and workshops facilities only (excluding workshops equipment’s tools, spare parts, and services)
  • Ensure that the VIPs visiting the organization are always satisfied and managed as per the best standards
  • Coordinate with Business Process Management if required to enhance and implement changes in facilities management practices and procedures in order to improve efficiency, performance, or ease of operation
  • Provide reports, analysis, and recommendations to enhance and improve operations and services throughout the organization.
