Roles & Responsibilities:

The Sales (SUPERVISOR) have to increase the client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues. He identifies local market and business opportunities, and at the same time records sales and reviewing own sales performance while negotiating terms and agreements and working towards closing sales.

The Sales Supervisor is proactive in gathering market and customer information and provides feedback on buying trends, and coffee by attending demonstrations. He utilizes various forms of communication such as email, phone or online social media to develop relationships with clients.

The Sales Supervisor is also responsible for the quality of services and adherence to policies and procedures. Implementing and achieving the sales budget after management approval

He also manages and executes communication strategies via various platforms including websites and events. He has to follow up with customers on a regular basis in order to receive feedback on the quality of services and products supplied (cup quality e.t.c.) He needs to monitor the sales volume behavior bed attrition of customers. He has to work closely with internal departments to ensure all loyalty features are executed in all sales channels, and with all existing agencies and suppliers to develop the service received.

المهارات

~ Knowledge of coffee culture (preferably Speciality coffee)

~ Barista skills as Advantage

~ ~ PC literate, the advanced user (MS Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, Access)

~ Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia coffee market

~ Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HORECA sales of coffee

~ Knowledge of professional coffee brewing equipment – must. Experience at least 2 years

~ Apply revenue management strategies

~ Display critical thinking and analytical skills

~ Engage in service innovation initiatives

~ Identify sales trends

~ Implement operations for service excellence

~ Manage meetings

~ Provide products and services

~ Solve problems and make decisions at a supervisory level

~ Support strategic and operational plans

Requirements for the position:

Valid & Transferable iqama. Ready to join Immediately

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Arabic & English language is a must.

Saudi Arabia Driving License
