Accountant General Job Duties:
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital Journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Prepares revenues, cost of sales, and other OPEX Journal entries
• Booking accruals and maintaining their accuracy
• Booking supplier's invoices
• Preforming 3 way matching for suppliers’ invoices
• Preparing payments certificates
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Following up on past due receivables and arranging meetings with clients if needed.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing and month-end reporting
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as instructed by superior
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Accountant General Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, ERP system (Preferably MS Dynamics).
