We are looking for a Sanitary and Landscape Senior Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or any related field
2.At least 3 years of experience within a related field
3.Excellent knowledge and experience in landscape and irrigation
4.Excellent knowledge and experience in the treatment stages of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP)
5.Good knowledge and experience in environmental impact assessments, as well as sewage, irrigation and potable water network maintenance and electrical pump maintenance
6.Excellent knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI
7.Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings
8.Proficiency in using measurement and water quality testing devices (flow meters, pressure, etc.)
Job Purpose: Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance measures for the abovementioned systems and utilities, while maintaining them in a good safe condition and ensuring their smooth operation
Principal Accountabilities:
§Implement and manage the Maintenance Program, including preventive and corrective maintenance, regular inspections and other related activities – as per relevant company processes, procedures and regulations
§Generate work orders and follow up on their implementation, content review and closing
§Optimize preventive maintenance scheduling to enhance employee productivity
§Prepare, follow up on and update action plans
§Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions for maintenance materials
§Follow up on employee attendance and performance; report regularly to direct supervisor; and supervise, guide and train related section employees
§Oversee all work performed by outside contractors
§Apply all environmental, occupational health and safety standards and approved procedures
§Adhere to internal policies, procedures and work instructions, as well as national and international regulations
§Assist the department manager in spare parts list preparation and updating with the stores
§Assist the department manager in preparing the employee roster and overtime sheet
§Participate in annual budget drafting
§Implement any other tasks related to the job purpose assigned by management
