ترغب شركة Mooneh في تعيين مدير للأمن والحماية وفقًا للشروط التالية

المسمى الوظيفي: مدير الأمن.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:

سيكون مدير الأمن المطلوب مسؤولاً عن ضمان الحماية الأمنية الكافية للشركة بما في ذلك الممتلكات والأصول والموظفين والسمعة والمعلومات. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير قسم الأمن في مكانه بما في ذلك المهام والخطط والبروتوكولات واللوائح وتعليم فريق الأمن ؛ إدارة المخاطر المرتبطة ببيئة العمل ؛ ضمان استمرارية الأعمال ومنع الخسارة.

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة المخاطر المرتبطة ببيئة عمل الشركة ، وإجراء تقييم دوري للمخاطر لتحديد وتقييم وتقييم ومعالجة المخاطر.

التقارير:

سيقدم مدير الأمن تقاريره إلى الإدارة

خبرة:

• يفضل الخلفية العسكرية أو البوليسية.

• يفضل 3 سنوات من الخبرة الإدارية على الأقل.

تعليم:

مطلوب بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في إدارة الأمن أو ما يعادلها.

مؤهلات:

• مهارات القيادة المتقدمة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في المشاريع الأمنية.

• القدرة على إعداد الميزانية الأمنية.

• مهارات الحاسب الآلي والمعرفة بتكنولوجيا الأمن.

• مهارات اتصال قوية بما في ذلك الاتصال الكتابي والشفهي ممتازة.

• مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية.

Mooneh Company wishes to appoint a security and protection manager under the following conditions

Job Title: Security Manager.

Job Overview:

The required security manager will be responsible for ensuring the adequate security protection for the company including property, assets, employees, reputation and information. He will be responsible for the development of the the security section in place including tasks, plans, protocols, regulations and the education of security team; Managing risks associated with the working environment; Ensure business continuity and loss prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage risks associated with the company working environment, and conduct periodic risk assessment to identify, assess, evaluate and treat risks.

• Develop crisis and disaster management strategies.

• Ensure business continuity by preventing, mitigating risks associated with the workplace and operations.

• Develop security strategies and procedures.

• Identify and investigate security violations.

• Ensure loss prevention by controlling external and internal factors that may cause these losses.

• Assign, supervise and train security team under his responsibility.

• Participate in the company meetings.

• Develop and maintain reporting system.

• Ensure effective sharing information with the company management and employees.

Reports: The security manager will report to Management Experience: • Military or police background is preferred. • At least 3 years of managerial experience is preferred. Education: A bachelor’s or diploma degree in security management or equivalent is required. Qualifications: • Advanced leadership skills. • Ability to work independently on security projects. • Ability to prepare security budget. • Computer skills and the knowledge of security technology. • Strong communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication. • English language skills.
