We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will play a key role within IT department to lead the developing and implementing Data Analytics solutions that meet our business needs, and play a key role in the strategy of transferring the housing bank into a data-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand questions the business needs to answer and determine whether those questions can be answered with data, and understand the technical challenges associated with colleting, analyzing and reporting data.
• Pull data from primary or secondary data sources, maintain databases/ data systems.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing report.
• Develop and implement dashboards, KPIs, automated reports, data collection systems, data analytics use cases and any other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Managing and designing the analytics environment, including data sources, architecture, security and metadata.
• Collaborate with DBAs, Data engineers and system admins to create any needed data pipeline.
• Work with business functions and management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Set up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient and research new ways to make use of data.
• Prepare final analytics use cases for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make crucial decisions based on various facts and trends.
• Support initiatives for data integrity, data quality and data management.
• Present insights generated from data analytics use cases to stakeholders and managers

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Data Analyst or any similar position.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Proven working experience is extracting, cleansing, preparing, analyzing and exploring large sets of data.
• Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages databases and programming languages (SQL, NoSQL..) and ETL framework.
• Good knowledge of statistics, analytics models, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Hight attention to details and accuracy, problem-solving and team-working skills
• Adept at queries, report writing, documentations and presentation findings.
• Knowledge and experience using Business Intelligence and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI and Qlik.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent IT related discipline.
• 2-6 years of experience
