Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Establishing a good relationship between the team members
Take stories from the Producer Manager and backlogs
