  • Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the area of work to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
  • Provide interpretation to line-managers regarding policies, programs, plans and practices.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Review employment applications and make job offers to match applicants with job requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination.
  • Communicate job details to applicants of details including duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, working conditions.
  • Evaluate recruitment process and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical and recommending revisions, as needed.
  • Search for qualified job candidates, using sources such as GAC databases, networking, internet recruiting channels, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
