الوصف الوظيفي
- Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the area of work to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Provide interpretation to line-managers regarding policies, programs, plans and practices.
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Review employment applications and make job offers to match applicants with job requirements.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination.
- Communicate job details to applicants of details including duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, working conditions.
- Evaluate recruitment process and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical and recommending revisions, as needed.
- Search for qualified job candidates, using sources such as GAC databases, networking, internet recruiting channels, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Details focus.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree from prestigious universities in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar related fields.
