الوصف الوظيفي
- Attend and manage formal calls and provide accurate and concise information without any delay.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time.
المهارات
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Minimum one (1) year previous experience in a call center / customer support role.
- Efficient in communicating clearly with the caller by following appropriate telephonic etiquette.
- A passionate individual with the potential to handle multiple activities while attending a call simultaneously.
- Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting the assigned tasks productively.
- Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement.
