Role Purpose:
The Coordinator – Human Capital is responsible for supporting the Human Capital function with all administrative related matters in the department. The role holder is also responsible for participating in employee relations, training and recruitment when required by the function.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Employee Relations and Administration
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, filing.
- Provide assistance with employees’ queries and any issues related to the Human Capital department such as visa, medical tests, insurance, business cards, company phones, company housing, relocation and intercompany transfers
Recruitment and On-boarding
- Support Human Capital department with any recruitment activities when required
- Support the on-boarding process for new employees when required
Human Capital Responsibilities
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
- Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions
