الوصف الوظيفي
– Leading and executing sourcing strategies to attain targets.
– Directing and overseeing the organization’s purchasing functions.
– Negotiating large purchase contracts and ensuring best terms and conditions.
– Developing policies related to procurement of goods and services.
– Evaluating suppliers and ensuring adequate screening and selection is being done prior to issuance of purchase orders.
– Analyzing categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimization.
– Ensuring compliance with commercial / technical requirements.
– Coaching, motivating and developing team members and ensuring high operational standards.
– Selecting, monitoring and managing performance of vendors.
– Defining the strategic sourcing and procurement strategy and taking responsibility for its execution and realization.
المهارات
– Male, Turkish national
– Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree course
– Must have at least 5 years of experience ideally as a Buyer / Procurement within chemicals and raw material related to Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Food and Beverage, Metal treatment, Water treatment or Oil & Gas.
– Must possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
– Must possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
– Must be highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
