FRAPONT is a leading company within the joinery and timber cladding sector. With an extensive history in

international and singular projects. We provide to our clients turn-key solutions for bespoke high-end fit-

out works, from design, manufacturing, to installation.

In order to expand our activities to the Middle East market, FRAPONT is looking for a result-driven sales

representative with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge/network in the construction and fit- out

sector.

Your Responsibilities:

As a freelance sales agent who represents FRAPONT in the Middle East market, you will:

• Present, promote and sell Frapont’s services to existing and prospective customers, using values

and sales pitch of the company.

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and issue status reports.

• Inform the commercial management of FRAPONT on the strategic moves or commercial actions

needed, to reach key clients and decisionmakers.

• Identify possible work opportunities for FRAPONT in the Middle East area and coordinate sales

effort with the main export sales representative in Barcelona.

• Achieve agreed sales targets for the Middle East market.

• Help our technical office to perform quotations. Providing technical support during meetings with

the clients. Collect and distribute information on the local market prices for basic material sourcing,

allowances, and labor.

• Support the commercial management during the sale process and contract negotiations.

• During the execution of the work, follow up of commitments such as in commercial agreements,

payment plans, claims, etc.

• During the execution of the work, provide support to Frapont’s international team when in the

Middle East such as: housing, transportation, work permit etc.

• Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships that are positive.

• Help resolve client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

المهارات

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the fit-out sector in the Middle East market.

• Proven network of decision makers in the construction business (main contractors, project

managers, project owners, investors, hotel chains, private owners).

• Excellent knowledge on contracts in the construction sector.

• Knowledge of industry technical standards (fit-out and joinery works).

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills (written and oral).

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience its needs.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Confident and charismatic approach to people.

• Holding GCC Residence Visa and able to travel within the Middle East market.
