We are expanding our sales team and looking for a self-motivated Real Estate agent who enjoys helping people find the house of their dream, building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing their time
You Will be Responsible for
- Closing the deals and delivering the full commitment.
- Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment advisor to our clients.
- Building strong relationships with Developers, Owners, Sellers, and Buyers.
- Conducting listing appointments
- Self-generation of new property listings and new business from our own client database.
- Arranging meetings with clients and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord & developer.
- Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds to the transaction, and liaising with all interested parties.
- Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing local amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Promoting the Dream Homes brand at developer launches and networking events

المهارات
We Are Looking For
- A true passion for success and a determination to win
- 1-2 years experience in Dubai real estate both off-plan and secondary market
- Excellent communication, Bilingual Speaker (RUSSIAN – FRENCH – ITALIAN)
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, faster learner, presentable, and a good Negotiator
- Previous sales or estate agency experience, Track of successfully closed deals
- UAE Driving license
- Available in Dubai & willing to join immediately
- Well-organized and effective time management
- Highly presentable
- Fluent in English is essential – (Arabic / French / German / Russian speaking is advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard working and disciplined
- Self-motivated
