الوصف الوظيفي
- Review and verify suppliers’ invoices.
- Enter and upload invoices into system.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers/Telex Transfer & Cheques and release payment after authorization sign.
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
- Reconcile account payable transactions.
- Prepare analysis of accounts.
- Monitor supplier’s aging to ensure payments are up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Supplier Creation, new vendor.
