- Handle all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
- Track the touring requirements and costs of the company's employees with the help of relevant reporting tools and software.
- Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-level management to maintain timely addressal of crucial decisions.
- Communicate fluently in telephonic conversations by adhering to organizational ethics and protocols.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.

- Well-versed in using appropriate vocabulary and body language while interacting with others.
- Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
- Skilled professional with adequate knowledge of digital Office suite and general fundamentals of computing.
- Ability to understand the existing issues of team members, coming up with practical solutions.
- Ability to conduct assigned tasks with the help of suitable MS Office software and online tools.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
