Maintenance In charge
Reports to: Director (Sales and Operations)
JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
We are looking to employ a maintenance in charge with an outstanding knowledge.
A maintenance in charge is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail.
Job Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance in fabrication factory machines, like Lathing machine, drilling machines, press, rolling, expanders…etc.
- CNC operated machines repair experience.
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. (Preventive and predictive).
- responding to breakdowns.
- Diagnosing faults.
- Repairing equipment
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Following and able to create maintenance procedures.
- Assure about availability of spare parts.
- Experience in new factory/machines installation.
General Safety & Housekeeping:
· Compliances with the company’s safety policy, food safety policy & procedures and the personal hygiene practices.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Proficiency with ERP, preferably MS Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- CNC operated machines repair experience.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical).
- 15 years of maintenance.
