Integrated printing technology is specialized in sell and service of large for printers and auxiliary equipment is seeking to hire a professional mechatronics engineer to be responsible for the following tasks:

Study technical and operational manuals of equipment
Plan the installation process of new equipment at customer site
Install and run equipment according to the factory requirements and conditions
Install and run auxiliary computers from scratch (MS Windows, setup and networking)
Inspect and solve any error or problem to be faced during machine run
Perform training of equipment after installation completion
Visit customer site to do regular maintenance and in case of emergency call
Maintain customer satisfaction all the time
Understanding customers and the customer’s needs
Report on daily bases for the hours spent in work at customer with detailed job has been done
Prepare a list of spare parts required to be ordered from factory
Communicate with manufacturing company for unsolved problems, updates, recalls and any machine modifications
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
experienced and skilled at working remotely with customer and factory
solving complex technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to our customers

University degree of Mechatronics Engineering
Well organized
understanding customers and the customer’s needs
Excellent computer and IT skills with know how of MS Windows installation, setup, and networking
Fluent English speaking and writing
Good communication skills
Good team working attitude
High technical reading skills
Driving license
