An expert and highly experienced Program manager to provide excellent strategic leadership, assume

responsibilities, and successfully lead and manage one of our new business lines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate must hold PgMP, MBA, or similar degree in a relevant field
  • Candidate must have an overall experience of at least 10 years
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Program manager or a similar role
  • Candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing a program
  • Candidate must have international or local experience participating in programs of least two different fields
  • Candidate must have strong experience in developing strategic and business plans.
  • Candidate must have in depth knowledge of market changes and forces that influence business Operations.
  • Candidate must be familiar with corporate law and corporate management best practices.
  • Candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Candidate must be Business-oriented and with decision making mindset
  • Candidate must have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Candidate must be superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Candidate must have problem solving skills, punctualty and efficiency in managing high volume and growing environment
  • Experience in managing senior staff, employees and available resources
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning to meet budget and achieving company’s goal

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to meet goals.
  • Provide strategic advice and report results and findings to his direct manager.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plan on yearly basis and monitoring its efficacy and progress.
  • Set objectives and KPIs to meet business plan goals andnsure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission (Performance management)
  • Plan cost-effective operations.
  • Build long term, trusting relationships with clients, service providers and business partners
  • Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met (Financial performance).
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and providing guidance and motivation to his team to drive maximum performance.
  • Ensure a positive work environment and healthy culture as per the company’s vision (Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment)
  • Work with teams to prevent issues and solve problems (Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth)
  • Provide strategic plan and advice.
  • Engage with the talent team in the resource’s development plan for his team
  • Maintain the quality of products, services, customer support and level of service in parallel with service level agreements and other retention strategies.
