HR Volunteer
HR Volunteer
The volunteer role is to support the HR department in the filing and administrative tasks.
The HR volunteer is expected to provide full support to the HR team members to maintain proper personnel records, and arrange the old files to be in line with RI policies and requirements. While the HR team need to review and complete the verification of the files upon completion.
With HR team support and briefing to the volunteer on the Filing SoPs and HR requirements, the volunteer is expected to:
Volunteering tasks:
- Reviewing all HR files available for all years prior to 2022 (in store), re-arrange, file as per RI filing policies, making sure that are each file is clear, complete and easy to reach.
- Proper filing of the hard copy documents with proper deviders, labels and check list for each file (provided by the HR team members).
- Scanning and Photocopying documents, as needed.
- To hand over each file to the HR team upon completion to review and verify.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
