- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Be the main point of contact for all website queries
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by products
- Incorporate Best e-Commerce Practices
- Work closely with web development and technical teams for enhancement
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Marketplace Vendor Hunt
- Making sure the eCommerce channels are up to date following industry trends
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
• Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
• Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
