Klein is a company founded more than 90 years ago and is based in Barcelona. We are a specialist in

interior partitions (sliding-, folding-, swing doors) with more than 200 solutions.

Currently we have one subsidiary in New York and commercial offices in Portugal, Paris and London.

Besides this, we are present in more than 60 countries through historical distribution partnerships.

KLEIN is in a transformation phase, aiming to double its annual revenue through the internationalization of

the brand and the expansion of the product portfolio.

We are aiming to contract a Business Developer for the Middle East market (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar,

Bahrain, Kuwait), who will be focused on the penetration of KLEIN in that specific market.

Responsibilities:

• You will report directly to the Head of Internationalization, and you will have total support of

Marketing, Customer Service and the International team.

• You should have expertise in the sector. To assure a short-term return it is vital that you have already

developed contacts in the UAE area.

• The focus for the short term will be the UAE market and for the mid-long-term Saudi Arabia market.

• In terms of commercial model, you should work as a Key Account Manager, focusing on big

accounts, opening new accounts and maintaining the accounts we already have in our projects

pipeline.

• You will be specifying our products at the conceptual part of the project to: architects, interior

designers etc. and control the project throughout all stakeholders (Fit-out companies, Design & Build

companies, General Contractors, Developers etc.).

• Currently we have several specified projects, and your first duties will be to follow them up in a

manner to get them awarded.

• Compensation will be a monthly fixed base salary in combination with bonus based on quarter

factorization (between 20 – 30% of the base salary).

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
