المشاركة في تنفيذ رؤية ورسالة الكلية.
تنفيذ البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية كل فيما يخص وحسب النصاب الدراسي المقرر.
المشاركة فى تطوير برامج الكلية واجراءات العمل فيها .
المشاركة فى أعمال مجالس الأقسام واللجان وأنشطة الكلية وبرامج البحث العلمى .
حفظ النظام داخل القاعات والمعامل.
القيام بكل ما يوكل إليه فى مجال البحث العلمي أوالإرشاد الأكاديمي ووالأعمال الإدارية والأكاديمية الأخرى بجانب العبء التدريسي المقرر
القيام بأعمال الجودة المطلوبة واعداد التقارير اللازمة للمقررات التدريسية.
إذكاء روح التنافس البناء بين الطلاب وتشجيع الإبتكار والإبداع بما يحقق التميز للكلية وطلابها .
أن ينقل لطلابه أحدث ما يستجد فى مجال تخصصه
المحافظة على سمعة الكلية وممتلكاتها وحفظ النظام وسلامة الطلاب .
التفرغ للعمل بالكلية .
الإلتزام بكافة األنظمة والقوانين واللوائح والتعليميات النافذة فى اململكة العربية السعودية وعدم املساس بالدين أو التدخل فى السياسة .
