الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an experienced sales manager, based in Dammam KSA, with vast first-hand commercial exposure (5-10years) dealing with procurement and/or sales of chemicals to the upstream oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia. Ideally the candidate has good knowledge of procurement and project flows within Aramco as well as key service providers (Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, …). The focus would be on selling commodity materials, mainly used in drilling activities, to be expanded to specialty chemicals in stimulation/completion/production.
- Sales activities ranging from (cold) prospection to key account management
- Territory mapping and sales strategy implementation
- Opportunity forecasting, pipeline management, win/loss tracking
- Sales performance reporting against pre-defined KPIs
- Supplier/product registrations
- RFx and bid management
- P&L management on sales level
- Tender and contract management
- Follow up of receivables
المهارات
- 5 to 10 years experience in commercial management within oil & gas sector, preferably dealing with Aramco directly
- Fluent in Arabic & English (written & Verbal)
- Very good understanding of upstream oil and gas market in Saudi Arabia
- Good knowledge of chemicals used in oil and gas market
- Good understanding of Saudi Aramco
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Strong communication skills
- Self-learner and team player
