With us you will do:
- Skilled with Sales Techniques
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations
- Disciplined & Target Oriented
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- High Quality sales: No downgrades or disconnections from the migrated customers for 3 months
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Preferably a bilingual candidate who can speak both Arabic and English fluently,
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Ability to use a CRM
- Minimum of 1 year experience required in any customer facing role
- Candidates must be able to communicate with the customers as per Vodafone Qatar’s defined quality standards
- Proven sales experience – Preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused & Problem-Solving Skills
- Self-Motivated, Result Oriented and Strong Relationship Building skills with internal stake holders
