  • Skilled with Sales Techniques
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations
  • Disciplined & Target Oriented
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • High Quality sales: No downgrades or disconnections from the migrated customers for 3 months

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

  • Preferably a bilingual candidate who can speak both Arabic and English fluently,
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Ability to use a CRM
  • Minimum of 1 year experience required in any customer facing role
  • Candidates must be able to communicate with the customers as per Vodafone Qatar’s defined quality standards
  • Proven sales experience – Preferable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer focused & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Result Oriented and Strong Relationship Building skills with internal stake holders
