Senior Manager – Product Marketing | Al Futtaim Automotive | Trading Enterprises
Overview of the role:
Execute the product vision by being the champion of the Product Portfolios and being the true voice of the customer across the organization. Ensure a successful introduction of the Product Portfolio to the UAE Market and provide a platform for growth.
What you will do:
• Identify target segments and define the primary target customer / vehicle application for each product line
• Manage the Product Lifecycle to meet evolving consumer needs, technology developments and competitor landscape
• Maximise mass profit of the portfolio by optimising volume and profit per unit with right cost to value offering and logical grade walks
• Perform competitive analysis to recommend Product, Pricing and Offer Strategy for launch and develop countermeasures to address sales performance and stock issues
• Establish close relationships with OEM to secure UAE market voice of the customer and influence decisions that could affect short, mid and long term Al Futtaim Trading Enterprises
• Handle OEM enquires & meet deadlines set for each project
• Attend OEM meetings to align on the overall product and brand strategy and ensure maximum influence
• Coordinate with Sales Operations / Demand & Supply team to ensure the desired ordering mix to support the product life cycle strategy

• Extensive experience in automotive pricing environment, developing and implementing pricing strategies
• Driving commercial results with measurable KPIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization abilities, working agile and result orientated
About The Team:
This role will be reporting to Head of Product and Pricing. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external teams.
What Equips You For The Role:
• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in a multinational Automotive industry with managerial experience in product related role.
• OEM or Major Distributor experience desirable, ideally with GCC experience
• 5+ years of hands-on work experience using analytical tools
