Operations Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitors the performance of efficiency, quality, attendance, safety, and cost inside the production centre and warehouse
• Follows up on all customer’s portal activities (PDOC/ECIS/CONNECT/DWP/SSTS/SSCM/SSI)
• Manages the activities and tasks of both the technical audit and the compliance audit to ensure the required score is achieved
• Delivers the weekly planned production quantities
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the processes and practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engeneering, Buisness Administration or any related fieled
• 7 years of experience
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
