Field Trainer

Job Brief:

Field Trainer to perform the task of training for the new joiners and the development for the existing staff

Responsibilities:

• Handle the new joiners on-boarding
• Visit the stores to follow up the new joiners training on floor
• Handle the training and development for 10 to 12 stores
• handle monthly store training help visits
• handle monthly store Training Audit.
• New product training on floor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 to 3 Years of experience in Training
• F&B experience
• Computer skills (Office)
