Compensation & Benefits Supervisor

Overview

The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor is responsible for developing compensation and benefits plans for the organization and ensuring that these plans and programs are in line with the company's talent attraction and retention policies and are following labor law and legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, communicating and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  • Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base bay administration and incentive plan design and analysis.
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that are in line with the company's strategic plan.
  • Evaluate employee needs through new methods and techniques.
  • Establish and improve salary, benefits and rewards systems.
  • Alignment of all compensation systems with general conditions in the labor market as well as with legal regulations.
  • Support managers in their decisions about compensation packages and ways to motivate employees.
  • Preparing regular audits and reports to ensure the implementation of the system.
  • Market study and salaries.
  • Distribution of incentives according to the nature of work.
  • Ensure the job title and how to link it to incentives according to the nature and needs of the work.
  • Preparation of various compensation and benefits reports.

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, HR or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislations in Jordan and KSA.
  • Detail -oriented, professional attitude and reliable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
