The job entails
- dealing with retail walk-in/counter customers for the various automotive brands that the company deals in.
- dealing with parts related queries over phone and email.
- having knowledge of excel for dealing bulk wholesale export inquiries
- having an understanding of what items to keep in stock for the various brands in order to meet customer demands
- dealing with our various distributors/suppliers with regards to stock issue/purchasing, pricing, delivery, discounts/rebates/flash offers and customer returns.

Experience 3 years plus
The ideal candidate should have worked in a retail counter for Genuine Parts in UAE and should have
– experience of the fast moving parts that need to be kept in inventory for the following brands (Audi, Vw, Porsche, Mercedes, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Chevrolet, Hyundai Kia)
– extensive knowledge of how to operate the parts catalogue of the following brands (Audi, Vw, Porsche, Mercedes, Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Chevrolet, Hyundai Kia)
– have a good past sales record and bring a good customer base with them
– be able to communicate fluently in Arabic, English and Urdu
Salary 2k-4k and company accommodation.
