IT Officer ( Emiratization / Nationals):

Accountabilities:

• Provide IT Helpdesk/Desktop support for the end users.
• Responsible for IT Communication.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
• Shall serve as the technical expert and focal point for IT enquiries.
• Background of IT Ticketing System.

المهارات

Qualification and Skills:

• Fresh Graduate with Computer / IT background is welcomed resources.
• 1/- Year IT Helpdesk / Desktop / Technical Support experience is preferred.
• Emiratization / Nationals is mandatory.
• Able to learn / potential resources.
• Customer focus/Communication Skills.
