Accountabilities:

Provide IT Helpdesk/Desktop support for the end users.
Responsible for IT Communication.
Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
Shall serve as the technical expert and focal point for IT enquiries.
Background of IT Ticketing System.

المهارات

Qualification and Skills:

Fresh Graduate with Computer / IT background is welcomed resources.
1/- Year IT Helpdesk / Desktop / Technical Support experience is preferred.
Emiratization / Nationals is mandatory.
Able to learn / potential resources.
Customer focus/Communication Skills.
