Job Description Summary:

Experience & Expertise in HCM modules covering the following modules: Employee Central, LMS, Succession & Career Development, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation. Broad knowledge understanding the integrations of cross-module (Employee Central-Recruiting Management -Onboarding, Career Development-LMS-Succession planning) dataflows within the HXM Suite. Experience and expertise in ERP HCM to S/4 Hana Replication and integration (Business Technology Platform) configuration. Experience in On Premise ERP HCM Modules – Primarily Personnel Administration (PA) & Organizational Management (OM) and at least one of the following: Payroll, Time Management. In-depth knowledge of ERP HCM integration techniques with 3rd party systems. Technical acumen to work independently with the technical team (ABAP-Application Programming, BASIS-Admin, Infra & Security) as needed. Must possess technical curiosity (ability to debug to troubleshoot, reverse engineer ERP to create custom products, HANA Modeling etc.). Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific workstreams notably project planning Data Conversion, Integration and Testing and knowledge of other ERP products – Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, E business Suite is a plus.

Additionally, you are expected to be expert on ERP HCM, Cloud ERP Platform backed by experience of delivering similar solution for other implementations. Expert understanding of Oracle EBS ERP would also be appreciated.

You would work as team member of the Solution Architect team, in multi-cultural, agile and fast pace environment and deliver business results.

You are an experienced professional with strong communications, collaboration, negotiations and stakeholder management skills and able to demonstrate thought leadership for business and digital transformation.

Minimum Experience and Essential Knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience successfully leading and managing multiple global large-scale ERP HXM /HCM implementations and roll-out is a must.
  • Work to bring together various stakeholders and outline in Business Terms to Define and clearly Illustrate the Business Need and how the underlying Technology Solution will deliver expected benefits for the Organization
  • Must have 10 +years of experience in ERP HXM modules (ERP HCM and ERP HCM) implementation
  • Experience & Expertise in HCM modules covering the following modules: Employee Central, LMS, Succession & Career Development, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation
  • Broad knowledge understanding the integrations of cross-module (Employee Central-Recruiting Management -Onboarding, Career Development-LMS-Succession planning) dataflows within the HXM Suite
  • Experience and expertise in ERP EBS HCM to S/4 Hana Replication and integration (Business Technology Platform) configuration and customization.
  • Key responsibility to support HCM domain – Data migration & Integration design and analysis
  • Experience in On Premise ERP HCM Modules – Primarily Personnel Administration (PA) & Organizational Management (OM) and at least one of the following: Payroll, Time Management.
  • In-depth HR system knowledge, ideally ERP HCM Suite, or Other On-Premises and other leading HR systems
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP HCM integration techniques with 3rd party systems
  • Technical acumen to work independently with the technical team (ABAP-Application development, BASIS-Admin, Infra & Security) as needed.
  • ERP HCM Employee Central, Recruiting and reporting Certification is mandatory as well as additional Associate/Professional certification in other HXM modules.
  • Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during project execution.
  • Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues
  • Comfortable with leading projects, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good understanding and awareness of Technology and relevant Telecom Industry evolution trends and their risks and opportunities for telecoms such as Omni-Channel, Digitalization, Mobility and Big Data Analytics
  • Drives continuous process improvement for SDLC, maintenance, application support, and Information Technology architecture
  • Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific workstreams notably project planning, Documentation, Data Conversion, Integration and Testing,
  • Maintains knowledge, trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS application
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Experience partnering in an AMS model with demonstrated results of timely delivery of operational services meeting service level agreements.
  • Experienced in ERP implementation with “ACTIVATE” and “AGILE” methodology, including various phases like Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, E2E Test, UAT, Go-Live and support. Experience with integration technologies: ERP PI/PO, Biztalk, ERP ALE/EDI/IDOCs.
  • Working experience in Middle East and/or in Qatar and understanding of Middle East/Qatar market dynamics is considered a plus.
  • Ensure Architecture best practices and methodologies are applied for Solution design work and participate in solution governance exercise with Architecture board.
  • knowledge of other ERP products – Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, E business Suite is a plus.

Professional Experience

  • Must have 10 +years of experience in ERP HXM modules implementation
  • Minimum 7 years of qualified experience on the requested role of Technology ERP Solution Lead Subject Matter Expert for Solution Domain with proven track record demonstrating Solution leadership and ability to define and implement complex information technology and/or digital transformation initiatives within the Solution Design Domain
  • Maximum years of experience working in the telecommunications Industry, demonstrating solid understanding of ERP domain, Telecom Business Models, Operating Environments and Applications across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, Regulatory and Legal and Telecom BSS/OSS Information Technology and Software Systems.

Education and Certifications

  • Post-graduation or MBA specialized in HRMS or equivalent
  • At least one of the ERP Certification as Application Associates in HXM domain is must.
  • Good working knowledge and preferably certifications of one or more relevant Frameworks, Standards, Models and Practices related to Telecom Industry and Role, not limited to TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/ PMI/PRINCE2, SIG SIGMA, COBIT, SCRUM, SDLC, TM Forum. IT Industrial Certifications or Post Graduation with specific focus on Practical deployments is considered a plus.
