Location:ELsewedy Capital Holding, 5A by the Waterway Developments (Building C, New Cairo 3)

Job Summary: We are looking to recruit motivated Sales Director and Key account Manager to grow profitable market share for the heavy machinery business in Australia. Working with dealers, customers (as appropriate) and consultants (as needed) identify a pipeline of opportunities (key accounts)and drive execution to meet and exceed growth targets for the region in addition to providing business leadership in the region .

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Plan and execute appropriate business strategies to achieve revenue targets among identified accounts in Heavy equipment.

•Working with dealers, customers and consultants (as needed) identify a pipeline of opportunities and drive execution to meet and exceed growth targets for the region in addition to providing business leadership in the region

• Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities in existing clients.

• Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including business executives in the target clients

• Negotiate commercial terms of engagement

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

•8+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience in sales and marketing.

•Experienced managing sales through dealers and direct to customers .

•College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related subject required.

•MBA or equivalent degree highly Preferred.

•Sales pipeline management.

•Creating and executing pricing strategy, quote management, bids and focus programs.

•Ability to take a global perspective when making decisions.​

•Strategic clarity and Business Acumen.

•Strong customer focus& Problem solving.
