- Be able to read, understand and approve lifting plans, drawings and methodologies across multiple lift types, preferably Aramco Certified
- Lead other members in rigging team to ensure safe lifting practices and correct allocation of rigging equipment
- Communicate and support Operations team with site inspections and yard load outs
- Safe rigging techniques are applied when attaching spreaders,slings and shackles by rigging team
- Good Communication to instruct other team members
- All other duties as instructed by Supervisors to ensure safe lifting as per site recommendations
