Be able to read, understand and approve lifting plans, drawings and methodologies across multiple lift types, preferably Aramco Certified
Lead other members in rigging team to ensure safe lifting practices and correct allocation of rigging equipment
Communicate and support Operations team with site inspections and yard load outs
Safe rigging techniques are applied when attaching spreaders,slings and shackles by rigging team
Good Communication to instruct other team members
All other duties as instructed by Supervisors to ensure safe lifting as per site recommendations
