الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for effective coordinating, planning, provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems & network hardware and software and related infrastructure. Help determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization's information systems requirements.
- Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems, and netwrok devices or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting systems, servers, and network problems and diagnosing and solving any hardware issues.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Supporting and cooperating with the IT team (technology team).
- Support in installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers, and network devices
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate, and track it).
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
