الوصف الوظيفي

We are looking for a skilled HR & Training Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He/She will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work by protecting the workplace and filling employee seats with qualified candidates that further a company’s culture and mission.

The candidate will monitor the potential in employees and makes them utilize their training hours to the fullest. The aim of a competent HR is not to fill the spot; in fact, he/she helps employees in their success by arranging effective and efficient training programs for them, and support them when they need guidance or support.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
  • Coordinating external training as the need arises.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of Kepler HR program.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
  • Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.

المهارات

· Ideally a bachelor’s degree with an appropriate business science major is preferred.

· Has a minimum of Two years' experience in the same position.

· Demonstrable experience as a training officer.

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

· Show high level of ownership and responsibility.

· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

· Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.

· Full understanding of the labor law, and relevant processes.

· Excellent computer skills, specifically in excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.

· Presentable with good English language.
