الوصف الوظيفي
- Understand staffing requirements of the business, source and recruit candidates
- Assist scheduling and confirming candidates for recruitment events and appointments
- To participate in ad hoc HR projects
- Coordinate and support staffing activities including scheduling of “Super Day” recruitment events
- Interacting with hiring managers, HR team members and candidates to support recruiting and staffing initiatives
- Support leaders on Human Resource issues
المهارات
- Current students enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, or recent graduate majored in Human Resources
- Communication skills
- Ideal student will be interested in a career in Human Resources
