الوصف الوظيفي
- Preparing daily report according to all governmental process in order to prevent any delay
- Following up the government roll and prepare the documents required in order to prevent any incidents
- Managing all government residency formalities for all employees and their families i.e. (visas, Iqamas, finger print) in order to prevent any obstacle
- Attend the complex cases in courts, Ministry of Commerce on behalf of company in order to solve the case completely
- Managing all duties of Government Relations Officer (GRO)
- Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests.
- Handling all employee matters with the traffic authority (renew licenses, issue licenses, arrange for training, registration of company vehicles and violations).
