Overview of the role:
The Retail & E-Commerce Executive grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and maintaining the digital platform. JH conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners.
What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
- Stock Management & Inventory Control
- The JH is responsible for allocating the right stock from the different store locations to E-Com site based on orders received in web store. JH is responsible for informing brand managers for any SKU / articles that are Out of Stock.
Monitor stock movements and take precautionary action to avoid stock losses and or any discrepancy
- QC Coordination
- Ensures that each item allocated for online orders are properly QC’d by the assigned technician before submitting for billing.
Coordinate with Brand Managers for orders with QC failed items
- Invoicing / Billing
JH is responsible for doing the billing in Prism once approval is received, ensuring that articles are accurately billed at the price shown in the Shopify Order page.
- Packing and Delivery
- JH ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business by supervising order packing making certain that items placed inside the bags and the invoice generated match with the Order placed by customer. JH ensures the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick-up or delivery service.
Track order delivery and update status report for easy reference.
- Reports & Coordination
- Prepare E-com Weekly Report
- Document Driver logs and filing paper works related to W021
- Coordinate with AF Call Center for any customer related queries, complaints, order status, etc.
- General administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills to be successful:-
- Responsible for all online orders from receiving to delivery level
- Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfilment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return orders, etc.
- Processing of sales order in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, billing and coordination.
- Liaise with AF Customer Service Team in handling all customer queries and complaints
- Follow up on platform customer service enquires in coordination with the brand management team
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor Degree (Masters Preferred)
- 5-7 years’ experience working in logistics, admin support role for e-commerce department
