Compensation & Benefits Coordinator – Saudi Nationals
الوصف الوظيفي
- Perform benefits administration to include claims resolutions, update reports, approve invoices for payment and communicate benefit information to employees.
- Administer all invoices allocations, and submissions to finance for payment, and follow up to make sure they are paid on time to ensure continuous benefits programs
- Coordinate HR activities with the comp and ben team
- Update the benefits portfolio/manual to keep new employees updated with the benefits provided by the company.
- Help in collecting, and consolidating comp and ben monthly reports, and submitting them to the Comp & Ben Manager.
- Collect key hiring and separation information and send it to the concerned stakeholders within the time schedule of reporting.
- Assist in calculating turnover and regretted turnover rates monthly and report to Comp & Ben Manager.
- Conduct surveys and analysis of benefits programs within the company and report success rates and suggestions.
- Assist in sourcing offers for all benefits and HR activities provided by the comp and ben team.
