Perform benefits administration to include claims resolutions, update reports, approve invoices for payment and communicate benefit information to employees.
Administer all invoices allocations, and submissions to finance for payment, and follow up to make sure they are paid on time to ensure continuous benefits programs
Coordinate HR activities with the comp and ben team
Update the benefits portfolio/manual to keep new employees updated with the benefits provided by the company.
Help in collecting, and consolidating comp and ben monthly reports, and submitting them to the Comp & Ben Manager.
Collect key hiring and separation information and send it to the concerned stakeholders within the time schedule of reporting.
Assist in calculating turnover and regretted turnover rates monthly and report to Comp & Ben Manager.
Conduct surveys and analysis of benefits programs within the company and report success rates and suggestions.
Assist in sourcing offers for all benefits and HR activities provided by the comp and ben team.
