Information Technology OfficerCore Responsibilities
– Implement the policies and procedures of the Organization as a whole and the IT department in particular in a manner that ensures the quality and efficiency of the operation.
· Study and understand current IT systems, determine how to enter, store, manipulate data and map data flow

· To contribute in coordination with the information technology supervisor in determining the specifications and quantities of cables and technical devices from networks, computers and accessories and to install them and define them within the different departments and locations of the organization.
· Identify detailed requirements for the development of existing networks and develop and design parts of the network to accommodate any additional requirements, new technology or growth in workload, at an acceptable cost.
· Manage your organization’s internal networks, ensure their suitability, and perform routine startup and shutdown routines.
· To determine the specifications of the main server, and to manage and develop it periodically and continuously to suit the needs of the business.
· Effectively implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid interruptions in the work, or stop performing tasks.
· To prepare a list of the needs of the organization of the maintenance equipment for the internal network and computers and accessories periodically and bring it to the supervisor
· Denies Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time
· Commitment to implement the regulations, procedures, and guidelines adopted at work.
· Undertake any tasks or responsibilities mandated by the direct President and within the scope of the work.
· Contribute to the assessment of current IT systems to measure their current ability to meet the administrative and technical needs of the Organization by carrying out experiments on computer equipment, hardware, and computer network.
· Contribute to the identification of the risks of IT applications and participate in the development of plans to maintain the continuity of IT applications.
· Uphold the code of conduct and PSEA-related policies
· Actively participate in SEA-related trainings and awareness-raising efforts, including support for
dissemination of PSEA materials.
· Report allegations of SEA through the designated reporting channels.
· Participate in investigations of SEA allegations as appropriate
Educational Qualifications:
– A minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT.
– A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field
– Excellent command of English.
– Excellent communication skills.
