Manage all consultants on a periodic basis to ensure that designs and technical drawings are carried out appropriately and aligned with the approved designs.
Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers in identifying and flagging technical mechanical issues, solving project implementation technical issues.
Oversee consultants mechanical and plumbing design efforts for properties and ensure that all drawing submittals are in line with ACCL’s requirements and design quality standards and guidelines across the various stages of the design process.
Assist Project Managers during design and execution with all design related issues.
