• Full responsibility for maintaining a complete collection report by recording details of all interactions with customers.
• Relay updated information regarding the customer’s financial status to the internal credit team.
• Maintain a consolidated collection report by registering all customer interactions.
• Present regular or ad-hoc reports to the Collections Manager in the approved format.

المهارات

• Understanding/Knowledge of competitor.
• Thorough understanding of competitors’ strategies, policies and modus operandi.
• Familiar with the strategies and methods employed by competing organizations.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to structure their own work plans and stick to company deadlines.
