Work on all aspects of cost management, planning and estimating inception of project through completion

Read and understand the RFQ’s and specifications.

• Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs
• Maintain records of Materials ordered and received
• Responsible for costing the offer.
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements and measure results.

Coordinating with site Engineers and Project Manager

Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

• Provide detail Bill of Quantities for tendering and construction administration
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Tender and estimate analysis and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain accurate cost reporting.
• Develops and installs clerical and office procedures and practices, and studies work flow, sequence of operations
• Verify claims and payments throughout the design and contract stages
• Prepare and compile budget and financial report for monthly progress claims.
• Perform site visit for progress billing or variation evaluation as necessary
• Perform quantity take off of materials, labor and equipment and prepare estimates in compliance with the bid documents
• Conducts ocular inspection which shall be used for the preparation of estimates and bidding.
• Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets

REPORTS GENERATED:

Procurement Plan (material required, submittals submission).

Material submittals status

Price comparison, negotiations and cost estimation report .

REPORTS RECEIVED:

Engineering plan –shop drawings required, date for submittals, approvals

Summary Plan

MEETINGS ATTENDED:

• Meeting with Management – on request
• Meeting with suppliers when required
