Dubai Holding Entertainment is one of the largest diversified entertainment groups in the region; committed to solidifying the Emirate as one of the most sought-after touristic destinations in the world.

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a short term contract – 6 months. Responsible to manage the entire end to end recruitment process across DHE to support the Group growth and achieve business and operational goals.

Handle end-to-end talent acquisition cycle across DHE Group in line with business growth plans and aspirations.
Ensure the completion of Hiring and Acquisition plans within agreed timelines/SLAs.
Ensure compliance with DHE policies and procedures across the full recruitment cycle.
Support on the sourcing and attracting candidates, using databases, social media, job portals, etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Draft and review employment contracts for new hires.
Provide concise and valuable interview feedback for line managers to assist them in hiring the best candidates.
Prepare regular reports to provide the management with updates on talent acquisition activities.
Build strong relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions' hiring needs.
Assist with ad hoc projects, contributing to the overall strategic development of HR within the organization.

المهارات

Strong experience in Talent Acquisition is a must
Experience in diversity hiring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD is desirable
Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategic sourcing
Ability to search and employ a variety of approaches to active and passive job seekers.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven personality with good communication skills.
Should be available to join immediately
Candidates must have UAE experience
Native English and Arabic speaker
