- Associates degree in culinary arts certification is preferred.
- Proven experience working in upscale sushi restaurants.
- Valid food handler's license.
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Able to work with Flexible duty hours.
- Able to work under-pressure and with or without supervision of the Supervisor or Manager.
- Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team work- oriented and Easy.
- Positive attitude with decent manner
