1. Associates degree in culinary arts certification is preferred.
2. Proven experience working in upscale sushi restaurants.
3. Valid food handler's license.
4. Sound knowledge of food safety regulations.
5. The ability to work under pressure.
6. The ability to stand for long periods of time.
7. Excellent time-management skills.
8. Able to work with Flexible duty hours.
9. Able to work under-pressure and with or without supervision of the Supervisor or Manager.
10. Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
11. Team work- oriented and Easy.
12. Positive attitude with decent manner
