ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management of the project to ensure that a high-quality program is delivered.
- Maintain a professional relationship with staff, clients and center staff.
- Transmit IMC vision and turn it to implemented strategies in the center.
- Conduct all essential and ongoing training in PFA, IASC and case management.
- Prepare monthly budget and control expenses.
- Liaison with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in the field and provide them with the essential training.
- Create a positive team atmosphere and motivate the staff effectively.
- Provide the staff with supervision and advice.
- Liaise with other support services and conduct referral when indicated.
- Submit monthly activity calendar to IMC Mental Health and Psychosocial Director.
- Assist in the development and oversight of daily activities.
- Monitor the quality of services provided by Case Managers.
- Quality assurance for different activities of the project.
- Attend all meetings with partners and stakeholders in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years of experience of them 2 years in a similar role
- Experience with an NGO
- staff supervision is experience
- PMP, PRINCE 2 or PMD Certifications is preferred
- Advanced english skill
