Overview of the role:
The role purpose is to support the Stellantis Parts business development in Al-Futtaim Automotive. The role will work closely with Parts sales and Supply Chain team members to improve the parts sales, availability, and the process flow in the network. The role will report to the Stellantis Aftersales Brand Lead in the organization
What you will do:
Parts Business Planning: Responsible to support the annual parts business target including short term and long-term plans. Monitor with Parts KPI’s performance and engage with stakeholders to achieve the targets for parts, accessories, chemicals fluids, batteries. Driving/supporting part business through major channels like workshop, Bodyshop, counter sales, trade sales along with specific teams within the organization.
Principal Management: Parts manager will the contact point with Principal office related to the parts business. The role will act as key enabler to establish yearly targets with Principal and respective department in the organization. Also, role will be central point to keep overview of monthly performance status and action points.
Tracking Market Dynamics: Responsible for tracking market movements in terms pricing, movements of goods/source and managing territory infringements ensuring company’s and customers interests remains intact.
Operations (Stocking & Supply Chain): Parts manager will work closely with inventory team in terms of ordering & stocking so-as-to balance both commercial and operational plans. Responsible for maintaining healthy stock level and improve supply-ability. Handling day to day critical requirements of branches and ensure optimum stocking at branch level.
Parts Marketing (Campaigns and Programs): Designing and executing with related team regular market/product based promotional campaigns and programs to expand and capture the market potential, maintaining desired penetration level and restrict grey imports. Assisting revenue expansion through different channels.
Brand Protection: With support from Al-Futtaim Govt. Relation and Homologation department, co-ordination with various local government agencies & regional office to avoid brand violations. Sharing reports with OE’s brand protection teams if violations are reported and working with the team to restrict any such case.

What Equips You For The Role
University Graduate/Diploma in Automobile
5- 7 years relevant experience in the Automotive Parts Industry
Leadership abilities, a self-starter, relationship management.
