Mechanical Supervisor | AFET | KSA

What you will do:

• Review mechanical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

• Assign job tasks and work as per mechanical project schedules.

• Review all mechanical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

• Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

• Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

• Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different mechanical projects.

• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.

• Develop mechanical expenditures priority and equipment and appliance maintenance procedures.

• Develop mechanical material and labor forecasts.

• Train and inform employees about new work procedures.

• Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, mechanical codes and specifications.

• Review future buildings plans and inspect new buildings to ensure compliance with current mechanical codes and maintenance specifications.

• Inspect new-fangled construction along with remodels.

• Support mechanical Engineers in design needs

• Implementing and continuous monitoring of QHSE and asset management system aspects in his activities and areas of work.

• Proactive approach for implementing QHSE and asset management procedure & guidelines.

• Report All QHSE & asset management incidents immediately and take necessary precautions to avoid reoccurrence.

Job-Specific Skills:

Strong Knowledge of all mechanical equipment and processes

-Strong computer skills.

– Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency

-Self-motivated with skills to motivate others

-Strong verbal and written communication skill

What equips you for the role

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor of Engineering from any recognized universities.

Minimum Experience:

7-10 plus years of experience managing large instrument and mechanical construction projects.
